OUR MISSION

“Lo, Children are an heritage of the Lord: and the fruit of the womb is his reward” – Ps 127:3

“And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be peace of thy children” – Isaiah 54: 13

Proverbs 22:6 – Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it.  “God’s little Soldiers” is the children’s ministry at Great Grace Assembly; it caters for all children between the age of 0 and 12 years.

Our mission is to share the good news of Christ with children through fun-filled and life-changing lessons leading them to receive Jesus as Lord and Saviour; making them believers who love Christ and love Church.

Children's Church runs concurrently with Sunday Services from 11.20am to 12.20pm. Each session usually involves praise and worship, Bible teachings and prayer with related activities or games. Each group is taught using a contemporary, highly interactive Bible-based curriculum, which also takes into account different learning styles, enabling each child to participate fully in lessons. We have a committed teaching team who are believers with a burden for children’s salvation.  We aim to minister unconditional love to every child whilst maintaining appropriate Christian discipline.

• *Jesus is the Son of man (The history of Jesus’ life from the birth to the ascends to Heaven)

• *What did Jesus teach?

3. About Holy Spirit:

• *Who is the Holy Spirit?
• *What Holy Spirit does?

4. About sin:

• *Origin of sin
• *What is sin?
• *Consequences of sin
• *Temptation and sin

5. About salvation:

• *What is salvation
• *How to get saved/born again
• *How to grow in the Lord

6. About Heaven and damnation:

• *What kind of place the Heaven is?
• *How to get to the Heaven?
• *Two final places: Heaven and damnation

7. About church:

• *Beginning of church
• *Unity of church
• *Members of church
• *How to become church member?

We believe our children are the future leaders of tomorrow and whatever is implanted in them in their moulding stage (childhood) is what they grow to become (Prov. 22: 6). Our goal is to provide a safe, caring environment for our children to grow spiritually.

We pray the Lord will help us as we run with our vision.
